Best Western Hotel City - Milan

I loved its friendly efficient and extremely helpful employees.

I've been here for 1 night, the breakfast was savoury with prosecco, super clean. Stayed at a well-equipped and tastefully decorated room with clean bathroom, a great selection of bread

I would stay here again, appreciated it. This hotel is reasonably spacious with exceptionally kind staff and different food. The property provides tasty breakfast.

Too narrow rooms

The room we booked was neat with clean bathroom, the balcony plus modern facilities.

The hotel is located in a public area, easily accessible from/to the centre. Room size and equipment good. Very comfortable beds.

The road in front of the hotel is very busy around the clock. As we had a room facing the street, it was unfortunately very loud even with the windows closed. The sound insulation to the neighbouring rooms is also rather poor.

Great location, Metro only a few steps away.

While I enjoyed a friendly, accommodating staff and a clean, airy room, the noise from the breakfast room early in the morning was a bit disruptive.

Very loud at night as its on a main road, beds quite uncomfortable

The hotel is in a good location, it is on the red metro line, the station is Lima, it takes about 5 to 10 minutes on the train to Duomo in the centre of Milan. There are some good restaurants close, but you have to look for them in the streets of the main street, it is also a really good shopping area. The staff at the hotel actually smiled and where helpful, just based on that I would recommend this hotel, I have stayed in numerous hotels in Milan over the past years, and this is the first hotel that the staff smiled and where helpful, especially the man at breakfast, what a refreshing change for Milan !

The room was way to hot, but it would have been the same in any hotel at this time of year, for some reason they don't turn the air conditioning on until a certain date in Milan, so if your outside the date and it's hot, bad luck, I have had numerous arguments about this in Milan over the years, seems it is difficult to turn the main air conditioning switch on if it is before a certain date.

I appreciated the friendly staff, especially Mr Lorenzo. My favorite part was the rich breakfast options each morning.

The breakfast costs only 4 euros, is very rich and delicious, from juices to fruit, ham, cheese, eggs, vegetables to various cakes, so everything there. From the main train station it is a 15 min walk. If you take a room with a view of the courtyard, it is nice and quiet. Resto-tip from the reception was fine: mediterraneo only 5 min walk, great cuisine.

The rooms need renovation, facilities are outdated.

We visited the Duomo and explored Sforza Castle. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and transportation. Rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast was solid, especially for the price. Totally recommend this place for a fun group trip!

It was a bit small and slow, frustrating at busy times. Otherwise, no major complaints.

Comfortable hotel close to city centre, metro and mainline stations.

Little choice of restaurants within easy walking distance.
